Adjustable Cable Column

Effectively, this is half of a cable crossover, but don't let that fool you into thinking that this is anything but an extremely flexible machine that allows a multitude of exercises within a very small footprint. Slide the pulley/handle mechanism up and down to the desired height on the chromed column with laser-cut numbers. Attach your grip of choice to the cable and have at it! Even leg and hip exercises are possible with the right loop or handle.
