The Bicep Arm Curl from the Pro 900 Towers series provides ideal positioning and a comfortable elbow rest to perform the exercise. There are two drop down plates for resistance fine tuning and of course this unit can be connected with other towers of the series. We also have it available as a stand alone piece.
