The FreeMotion Tricep functionally trains the arms and shoulders to work together in gripping, pushing and lifting movements. Muscles targeted are the forearms, triceps and shoulders. Plus, the FreeMotion Tricep engages the core and stabilizer muscles to improve overall strength and balance.

The FreeMotion Step builds balance, strength and coordination. Targets muscles in the entire lower body to increase strength for activities such as climbing stairs.

The FreeMotion EPIC Fly/Rear Delt provides dual function to increase strength muscles in the chest and back. Pivoting arms accommodate a wide variety of users and allow a natural movement pattern.

Walk-through Design- Elimination of crossbar allows easy walk-in/workout access and facilitates placing a bench under the bar for multiple exercises. Safety Stops-Ratchet into place prior to lifting and use pop-pin adjustment to lower for quick positioning. Shielded Construction-Cables, linear shafting and safety stop are shielded for safer usability.

The FreeMotion Lift increases strength for activities such as lifting objects from the ground. Functionally trains the muscles of the legs and back to work together. Builds muscle to protect the spine targeting the lower back, arms and legs.
